Tyler Covington
Manager Partner
Tyler is the Managing Partner at Edgehill Real Estate Capital and is responsible for all facets of its business including investment origination, development, asset management and capital formation/structuring. Tyler is also a Principal and the founder of Collett Capital, a real estate investor, developer and operator of commercial, multifamily and build to rent properties throughout the southeast and southwest. Tyler started his career at Collett in 2005 as a Property Manager. In 2007 he became a Broker and focused on leasing Collett developed projects. In 2011 Tyler switched over to the development side of the business and developed shopping centers in the southeast, southwest and midwest.
Max Kachkarov
Investment Analyst
Max is an investment analyst at Edgehill Real Estate Capital and is responsible for all underwriting and deal analysis. Prior to joining Edgehill Real Estate Capital, Max worked in Private Credit at Barings Asset Management, where he focused on sourcing financing and assessing creditworthiness for private equity sponsors. Max graduated from Davidson College with degrees in Economics and Data Science. While at Davidson he was also the top singles and doubles player on the men’s tennis team.
